Salón Alimentaria is a bi-annual international food and drinks exhibition which turns Barcelona into the world’s food and beverage capital. Alimentaria takes place in April 2016 at Fira Gran Via exhibition centre in Barcelona.

Alimentaria attracts over 140,000 buyers from over 155 countries and almost 4,000 leading food and beverage manufacturers and distributors of which 1,300 are from 75 different countries.

In addition to being the Spanish trade show which welcomes the largest number of foreign professionals, the International Food and Beverage Exhibition ranks third among international trade shows in the sector.
